Phelps Barn at the Grafton Inn serves as the inn’s bar. Attached to the main inn, Phelps Barn was once a carriage house for guests’ horses.

The bar is open for guests every evening starting at 4 p.m. All legal beverages served. Proudly serving McNeill’s beer. While in Phelps Barn, be sure to see the antique quilt collection and the upstairs room at the back of the loft which features many old photos of the Grafton Inn and Grafton.

The upper level of the Barn includes a separate sitting room with cable TV, board games and a desktop computer with DSL access for guests. The bar also features free WiFi.

Flatbread Pizzas

In the winter Phelps Barn serves made-to-order flatbread pizzas and local microbrews and an all around fun evening in addition to its pub menu.

Pub Menu

Phelps Barn offers a pub menu Thursday through Sunday from 5-9 p.m.
Prices range from $9 – $14.

Old Tavern Signature Caesar Salad
Served with classic dressing, garlic croutons and a Parmesan  crisp. With grilled Misty Knoll chicken or shrimp.

Assorted Artisanal Grafton Village Cheese Board
Served with mixed fruit chutney, seasonal fruit and crostini.

Fish & Chips
Fresh haddock pieces lightly battered, with a lemon caper aioli and a side of malt vinegar. Served with pub fries and fresh garden greens.

Tavern Burger
A blend of local ground beef, elk and pork topped with Grafton Maple Smoked Cheddar and served with pub fries and house made BBQ sauce on the side.

Veggie Burger
House made vegetarian burger served with lettuce, tomato and fennel slaw served on a challah roll with pub fries.
