Flatbread pizzas, local beer & a great vibe on Friday nights.
Our Wood-Fired Oven Hearth was built in partnership with Glenn Rosinski Masonry (of Brattleboro, Vt.) and the Grafton Inn. All pizzas are served with a secret blend of Grafton Village Cheese. We make only one size and they are made to order.
(In the winter months, our flatbreads are made in our kitchen and are available Thursday through Sunday in the Pub).

Our cheese pizza with our savory blend of spices, red sauce and Grafton Cheddar blend.
Sausage and Pepper
House made sausage, peppers and caramelized onions, Grafton Cheddar blend and red sauce.
Vegetarian
Assorted olives, caramelized onions, mushrooms and broccoli with Grafton Cheddar blend and a roasted garlic paste.
Pepperoni
Our cheese pizza topped with Vermont Smoke & Cure Pepperoni.
BBQ Chicken
With apple wood smoked bacon and caramelized onions.

*Please note, if we have a private event at the inn, such as a wedding, Flatbread Fridays will be held in the Garden Room, in The Old Tavern Restaurant (just a change of venue). Same set up, pizza, full bar, indoor/outdoor seating, etc. just a different location to accommodate the private function. We will have signage in front of the inn to direct you if that’s the case.
